Training Overview
People, Place, & Technology
The Loft Idea Lab is a living ever-changing lab for thought leadership, learning, and dialogue on the modern workplace. In order to start a conversation on the future of work, this iteration of the Loft focuses on disrupting the ‘traditional’ workplace and examining the intersection of People, Place, and Technology. Motis Grow provides expertise in the dynamics of People, work culture, and the creation of Work Ecosystems, Catalyst and Herman Miller provide expertise in Work Place and inspiring designs to help people do great things, and Sirql provides expertise in Smart Building Technology.
Tour
The video takes learners on a tour through the space, focusing on each of the unique settings: the tech forum, the exclave meeting space, the prospect havens, the renew link hive, the executive workshop, and the home haven. A special emphasis is placed on the purpose and design narrative of each setting, helping learners form a cohesive story to share with visitors to the space.
Products
Though the primary focus of the Loft Idea Lab is centered on thought leadership and idea generation, the space is also intended as a showcase for commercial furniture products. Throughout the video, the products used in each setting are detailed to facilitate information sharing during client tours.
